Mars Rocks

Oatmeal cookie meets Snickerdoodle. This is a soft, chewy cookie filled with oatmeal and lots of cinnamon! We turned it a reddish-brown color,  added “craters” and “galaxy dust” (diabetic-friendly cinnamon sugar) with a hint of edible gold dust to emulate the planet, Mars. We think that this is what a rock from Mars would look like, although we think ours tastes better 😉
